Mike Spadier has a history of building fanatical brand followings. As a father of two children, Mike deepened his commitment to ESG during a trip throughout the US in an RV that showcased both the beauty and fragility of our environment. 

To Helm, Mike brings the full power of the full service marketing agency he co-founded; Heart of the Sun (HOTS) which specializes in brand building, e-commerce, customer acquisition, market research, and design. He and the HOTS team will deliver marketing solutions that apply analytics-derived insights to drive impact to both ESG-commitments and business outcomes. 

Prior to HOTS and Helm, Mike served as Chief Marketing Officer of a health & wellness company Onnit (acquired by Unilever), where he worked with an immensely talented creative team, which, when combined with the same lifestyle branding tactics he learned as Online Marketing Director for ActiveRideShop.com the decade prior, was able to help create a brand that grew beyond lifestyle and evolved into a worldwide movement.
